Experience:

In addition to his legal experience Phil was co-founder and President of Carbon Trader LLC to advise businesses on identifying revenue streams in the green economy and participate in practicing socially responsible corporate behavior. In this capacity, he gained extensive experience and knowledge of environmental tax credits, carbon credits, credit monetization and overall profit maximization in the space. The experience with Carbon Trader expanded his sustainability and green law practice. He is experienced in identifying revenue streams in the green economy and has a superior knowledge of socially responsible corporate behavior.
